im taking software engineering this semester and one of our projects is a web-based 2d platform game made with PyGame. I'll see what I can do.

so it turns out my professor didn't know what he was talking about, and it's impossible to make web-based games with python, unless you have a special browser. (i thought so, and last class i asked "how are we going to embed it in the web page?" and everyone was like "you just do it" and i was like "ok wutevz, professor knows best" and it turns out i was right!)

ill still be making a game most likely, but it won't be web-based. if i was going to make a web-based one, it would have to be a java applet because i like java and hate Flash.

Aside from basic flash games, I'm learning how to make my own Doom levels and if I'm right, I should be able to change what the bad guys look like, in which case, I could make a TPC game that'll be in Doom.
